The private villa estate is expertly managed and staffed by a team of efficient yet attentive personnel who are there for your every need, making your stay one you will never forget. Our goal is to go above and beyond your expectations of luxury with an individualized service second to none. Throughout your stay your experience will be enhanced as our Services include a professionally trained personal butler, who is there for your every need.
Each day will start with your butler serving you breakfast in the morning, in your villa. From there your butler will be on hand throughout your stay to provide advice on restaurants, shops and day-spas in the local area. As well as making dinner or tour reservations, confirming flights, organizing your laundry and even unpacking your bags on arrival. As you check-in you will recieve an iPhone with their direct number, so they are always just a phone call away.
In essence, they are your first point of call, so if you have any questions, needs or concerns please just ask. In order for you to enjoy your stay, your butler will be attentive and yet discreet. They will only come to your villa at pre-arranged times such as breakfast and housekeeping. However, they are only a phone call away so if you do require their service please don’t hesitate to call them via your in-villa smartphone.
We have butlers onsite from 7am – 9pm each day, throughout this time they will be on hand for assistance. For urgent matters between the hours of 9pm – 7am you can contact our 24 hour help desk, or our onsite security.
Throughout your stay your Butler will be able to assist with:
- Day Spa or In-Villa Massage reservations.
- In-Villa dining orders.
- Service of tea or coffee.
- Organise drivers or daily tours.
- Information and recommendations about the best places to visit while you are in Bali.
- Assistance with dinner reservations.
- Flight confirmation.
- Organise Bike/Car hire.
- Laundry and Ironing.
- Housekeeping.
- And anything else you may want or need during your stay.
